I wanted to exress my sincere gratitude for my first office visit. Not having been to the dentist for some time, I was leery as what both my experience and diagnosis would be. I have to say that today was the best customer service experience I have ever had, from any industry. From the moment I arrived to the last goodbyes at the end of the appointment, I was made to feel at home, like I was veteran patient.Your entire staff is first class, as well as yourself! I look forward to seeing everyone in a month.

*BTW-tell the girls I celebrated not having any cavities with just one alcoholic beverages. Looks like I only have 2 left to get me through Sunday....

Just wanted you to know how impressed I was this morning at my visit. I think that you and Michelle work great together and really make an awesome team. Michelle was wonderful by the way – I experienced no pain or discomfort whatsoever. As a matter of fact, I cannot remember the last time I had pain while in any of your dental chairs (and I have certainly spent a certain amount of time in them)!

As I am re-reading this, I guess “impressed” is not really the word I was looking for. I am really not all that impressed—you and your staff offer a standard of care above any other that I have ever experienced. It is a standard that I have come to expect when I come to your office. I guess I just wanted to let you know that I appreciate it and admire you and the quality of the staff that you surround yourself with. I know you work hard in all of the “team” exercises/classes you do and it really has paid off. Whenever I am there, I am always greeted and treated like an old friend. Whenever anyone asks, I always refer you as the best in the business. Recently my sister-in-law had some pretty extensive dental work done and experienced a lot of pain with it. I know that this is just not an option at Squaw Peak Dental.

Thank you for all you do. I love all my pretty and healthy teeth.

Dear Dr. “J” and Staff,

Thank you again for going out of your way to take care of my dental situation yesterday. As an expecting mom, I was very nervous about the situation with my tooth. Everyone made me feel relaxed and welcomed to your office on my first day. Even though this was a serious situation it was nice that everyone kept a sense of humor and helped me to take my mind off the work being done. It is not everyday that you find an office that is so focused on patient care that they will do whatever is necessary to get the situation resolved so quickly.
